These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Uswenyani Creatives website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case you will be notified and refunded in full where payment was already made.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time you complete checkout will be honoured.

3. Payment

We accept payment via PayFast, Yoco, and direct EFT. Orders paid by EFT will only be processed once payment has reflected in our account. For card payments, your payment is processed securely by our third-party payment partner and is never stored on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Flat Rate Shipping — delivered nationwide, estimated 3–5 working days
  • Courier Delivery — tracked delivery, estimated 1–2 working days in major centres
  • Local Pickup — free collection from our Mpumalanga studio, by appointment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Personalised items (including custom Initiation Collection pieces and custom branding orders) cannot be returned unless faulty. To start a return, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

6. Custom & Branding Orders

Custom branding orders (corporate gifts, branded mugs, promotional clothing, event merchandise) require sign-off on a design proof before production begins. Once a proof is approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. Minimum order quantities and lead times vary by product.

7. Coupons & Promotions

Coupon codes are valid for the period stated at the time of issue, apply to qualifying items only, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All original designs, patterns and artwork on this site and our products are the property of Uswenyani Creatives and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Uswenyani Creatives is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
